Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our ordering process. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change your order even if it has not been shipped yet. Once you receive your order, you may return any products you don't want by following our Return Policy. Our return policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your delivery address may be changed, but it depends on the time passed by after you have placed the order at our online shop. Once you have received your shipping confirmation email please visit the Australia Post MyPost website to update your address here. Please note that a change is normally only possible if your order is not out for delivery. A change of address can delay the delivery by 1-2 working days.

We aim to process all returns and refunds within 28 days from the date your item arrives at our warehouse.

Once received, our Quality Assurance Team carefully inspects the product to ensure it meets our Return Policyrequirements. This review process typically takes up to 7 business days, though it may take slightly longer during peak periods.

After your return is approved, please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
