1. Shipping Methods and Times

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days

2. Shipping Rates

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package from the courier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

The Grizzly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly to lodge a claim.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations at our discretion.
